United's "gate wait" situation at SFO riles flyers

A growing problem in DEN too with United....
SFO also has one of the worst wait times for clearing immigration. I was in the handicap line and waited 1.5 HOURS to get through. You can fly into Sacramento (SMF) and drive or take the train/BART combo to your destination faster than flying into SFO. Oakland and San Jose also have better turn around times than SFO.
