We extend our praises to the line service and CSR's, especially Jill and Shannon, as they are very effective and efficient in providing timely service and a great customer support attitude. The CSR's always make it a professional and friendly experience for both the passengers and the flight crews. We operate both fixed and rotor wing, turbine, aircraft and it is always welcomed to have an FBO that goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Horrible customer service this day, waited an hour for fuel, employees wondering all about socializing. Then had to put up with the CSR's giving me attitude. It will be Signature for now on for all of our corporate aircraft. Canadair Challenger |
