Appears to be a "vintage" photo of a Lockheed C-141B engulfed in flames on the ramp at an unidentified U.S.A.F. base. The other aircraft on the ramp are C-5 Galaxy types.

Hopefully, Allan Hammons will chime in with the "backstory" on his photo!

Joe Baugher's published information reports this regarding the tragic fate of USAF C-141B 65-0253...

"...w/o Oct 7, 1993 due to fire damage during ground maintenance at Travis AFB, CA"
