BOEING 767-300 (N271FE) - Landing - not landing. A brand new Boeing 767-300 flying a low approach over Runway 21 at Spokane International Airport. It looked like it was going to land, then the engines revved back up, the landing gear came up and it flew off. It then came back for a touch-and-go before heading back to Everett. Apparently flight testing.
