Per Cirium: On Sept. 21, 2024 this 1991 Bell 206 B-3, registered to Powcres LLC, was substantially damaged when it crashed amongst trees and came to rest inverted in a wooded area at Monción, Santiago Rodríguez, Dominican Republic. Both occupants, who were reportedly spouses, were injured, with the wife sustaining serious injuries. The accident happened in daylight and in VMC.
