Embraer 170/175 (N176RS) - Best Jets International operating as DOW176 airborne off of 28R for Kansas City-Wheeler Downtown (KMKC/MKC). Arrived a few hours prior from St. Paul-Holman (KSTP/STP). Believe it or not, my first time seeing the shorter, base-model E-170 as these are a rare sight on the west coast!
