Embraer 170/175 (N177SY)
N177SY operating the new route between Santa Ana and San Jose. The service started just last Wednesday and is Alaska's 3rd new nonstop from SNA in about as many months. The other two are Reno and Santa Rosa via Horizon Air. It was overcast most of the day and was just starting to clear up around the time that this one arrived.

The first of N177SY to be uploaded to the gallery. Also, this is an E-170 not 175 as it says next to the tail number under the photo. FA seems to identify those two as the same aircraft however they ARE a bit different.

Mark this AC is an Embraer E175. OO (SkyWest) only operated the E175 for UAX and AS. The 170's have 3 less rows and the rear pits are much much smaller than the E175's. Otherwise nice photo.
Thanks Colin. That was my bad in my original comment, I flipped it... it should have read "this is an E-175 not 170 as is says next to to tail number..."
It's all good. Also, there is no such thing as Alaska connection... It's just Alaska Airlines operated by SkyWest ;)
