I'm pretty sure that is a far cry from a Piper Malibu. Looks more like a Dassault Falcon to me.

N58CX, the tail number in the photo, belongs to a Dassault Falcon 900EX.

N56CX does belong to a Piper Mirage, but that is not the tail number on the aircraft in the photo.
