Was looking at your Polar Air Cargo Photo at CVG at the end of Runway 27....Boy that bring memories back.

I grew up in Cincy and moved to Appleton in '86 after college at Miami U Oxford. I would visit my mom at least a couple times a year until her passing in 2019. Many a Sunday afternoon taking pics from that convenient industrial park watching the heavy 747's - Polar & Kalitta Air fly to Anchorage AK or Leipzig Germany. Pine trees gave shade.

Thank You Ken. I definitely enjoy all of your photo's as well. Yes, you nailed the shooting spot at CVG. I wish I could get down there some more. I usually plan on going there a couple times of year, particularly during OCT/NOV/DEC time frame. Love the peak operations and the fall colors and lighting at that airport in the fall. Where are you based at now? I live in the IND area. Grew up next to ORD.
