Where was this photo taken from? I've been looking for places to spot at RDU.
This pic is taken at the TAC Air vii;ding at RDU which is pretty nifty and has a spotting deck on the second level. It is a fantastic spot to checkout!
Does RDU still have the spotting deck that was overlooking 5L - 23R??? it has been nearly 12 years since I spotted there.
