Thank you, Gavin! I use a Tamron 18-400mm compact lens. I got it as it was a good price tor a zoom lens.
Thanks for the info Dwight. By coincidence, I met a guy here a couple of years ago who had one of those on one of the Nikon D5000s as I recall and he said he was impressed with it.
