HAHA I love aircraft livery. Part of why I loving filming aircraft so much. You never know what color pattern or scheme you'll see next!
Side note: This photo is a bit underexposed and the background is dull.
Here's my tip: If the background offers no value add to the photo and you are not in a place where you can create an interesting backdrop, then you are always better filling the frame to bring precedence to the aircraft.
Some people argue that you should always leave space "in front" of the aircraft to introduce a sense of motion, but if all you have is a dull grey or blue sky the motion is lost in translation. I think the best way to introduce motion in aviation photos is either by panning or blurring the background. You can also slow shutter speed to create prop blur which creates motion as well.
