This shot sure as heck wasn't taken at C17, which is Marion IA and has a 3775' long runway.
It looks like it's taken at Duluth MN where Cirrus is manufactured. The hangar behind the F-16 looks like the National Guard hangar where the F-16's are based. The other hangar looks like it's the Delta hangar that was built some years ago for maintenance.
