I believe that is just a 737-800.

I agree. The winglets are the giveaway that this definitely is NOT a 737MAX (not to mention the smaller engines). This model was the epitome of the B737 family development ... Boeing should have stopped there!
if it is a MAX it should be grounded and not flying around ...
