The north end section (not shown in this panoramic) has new construction adjacent to it. An entirely new area is being built which will be able to accommodate the very large aircraft that are frequently diverted from Toronto and/or from NYC. It ought to be very awesome when completed.

Looks very similar in length to the new SJC terminal - hope my gate isn't at the far end. jk 5 stretched stars Gman!
