I'm jealous! I only get to see this kind of stuff on the tube....nice shot! 5*
Five stars on this one, Gary!!! That's a very good capture!
Be-u-tee-full!! More fierce than the the T-38s at Langley AFB.
Dave, Cliff, and CE >> Thank you to all three of you. I appreciate the compliments. And Dave, if you are ever heading out this way, let me know. With sufficient advance notice, I'll coordinate to get you right in this same spot. (Thumbs Up)
I appreciate the offer Gary! Will do :)
I think the F-5 is one of the best, if not the best looking jet fighter aircraft there is. And this is a great picture. Thanks!
Thanx once again, Greg. I always enjoy getting the Tiger shots. And just earlier this morning, I sent one of my Tiger clicks to a friend at Northrop Grumman. Oh, speaking of NG, I was notified that NG used two of my photos in their newest calendar - a 16 month calendar. My pics will be "August 2016" and "May 2017" and photo credit was listed with each pic. I'm told NG distributes it to people in high positions in the military and DOD and I'll be getting a couple from NG. I am super stoked to receive it. (Grin - Even after 2017 is done and gone, I'll be leaving this calendar up on the office wall. lol)
Congrats to you, Gary. That's quite a distinct honor to have your exemplary photographic work included in an upcoming Northrup-Grumman company calendar... not once, but twice!
Congrats Gary on the calendar photos! Well deserved.. if you get any extras put me down for one! :)
Great daily newsletter shot, Gary! It's one of those "aggressors".
Beautiful shot! Love it when these guys come through Tallahassee. They come in at least once or twice a year.. A pair came in a month or so ago using the call-sign "Bogey". And air starting those things were always fun!
Dwight, David, Dave, and Cliff .... My Thanx to all of you for your positive comments. Cliff, I am excited to see it. I am being told I'll receive it in March. (And BTW, my second photo will be "February 2017," not "May"). Dave, I don't know how many I'll be receiving. The last word I got was that I will be receiving "some" in March. My son already has dibs on one, and I definitely owe one to each of two very devoted friends, but If the word "some" turns out to be more than four, I've got your name down for the fifth one. ;-)
You're welcome, Gary. That is really cool about the NG calendar! Congrats! And coincidentally, I work for Northrop Grumman. I've never seen a NG calendar before, but I'm pretty low on the totem pole. I'll have to see if I can find one. Take it easy!
Gary, thanks for the kind words, my friend... and another opportunity to view your F-5N Tiger photo capture! The Northrop F-5 has always been one of my favorite aircraft.
Greg, you won't find it yet. I just received an email containing the low-res photo pages for August, 2016, and February, 2017, that were being sent around for "final approval." (Have to admit to being really pumped up when I saw them: my credit as photog is right there by the NG name and slogan.) If/when I receive one/some, I'll let you know they are out. NG offered payment but as I always do, I refused. I don't sell pics ever, and I don't like those who do. Also, I just learned that one of my pics will be used in Seapower magazine, again with photo credit. If I find out exactly what issue, I'll let you know that, too. (Thumbs Up)
i do not know , beautiful photo -
Roger that. Congrats and thanks again!
