This is St. Maarteen in the Virgin Islands eastern Carribean. Been there as part of a cruise port stop. Stay away from the fence during take off. Plane is not but 200 feet when engine thrust happens. Mountains at the other end of the runway on a short runway. Pilots have to floor it. The restuarant/bar over the water has a 8 foot statue of Captain Morgan and a DC-3 murial on a wall.
