Airbus A321 (N542UW) - On final is this 2009 American Airlines Airbus A321-231 from the Autumn of 2020. I am spotting at nearby Ft. Mifflin and the flag represents the Continental Navy Colors that the soldiers used as they defended this area of Philadelphia and the Delaware River in 1777. Around the same period, Betsy Ross would make our original Red, White and Blue Flag with the 13 Stars and Stripes.
