De Havilland Canada DHC-3 Otter (C-GEND) - CYVR - January 2000 on the South complex at Vancouver BC with a light snow and frigid air was all we had for lighting - we made the best of it and were able to capture some interesting aircraft - this Turbo Otter being one of them.
