Now there's a blast from the past!
This is a very interesting story about the BOAC Comet.

We were living in Japan in 1966 when this BOAC Comet crash occurred. Someone was filming with a camera and we have seen the movie pictures at the moment the aircraft exploded. I tried to find the movie but cannot find it but here is the story with some still photo.

I stand corrected; I thought it was a Comet but this article says it was a B-707.
