Sam... does the postcard mention the airport location? Perhaps Houston Hobby KHOU or George Bush Intercontinental Airport KIAH?

This aircraft was operated by Emerald Airlines,Austin Tx and contracted with Continental Airlines to fly between Houston Hobby and Houston international. The years of operation was from 1986 to 1988. I received my IOE on this aircraft for the DC-9. http://yesterdaysairlines.weebly.com/airline-history-blog/continentals-short-nines-pt3-houston-proud
