Tavares Seaplane Base FA1 Rebuilding after Irma tore the crap out of it . All planes were re-positioned and Jones Brothers is open for business. The fuel system is being repaired and Avgas will be available soon
Nice pic - and with an iPhone!

Good looking flying boat.
Somebody spent the $$$,$$$,$$$,$$$,$$$,$$$ to convert a 1946 Goose to turbines? OMG Never ceases to amaze me.
Anyone got a good guess on what that costs??

It's not a Goose. It's a Widgeon. It doesn't have turbines, it has Continental IO-470 Piston engines.
