Crashed in the Philippine Sea November 22, 2017 with the loss of three (One Pilot and two Passengers), eight others including one pilot, the two cabin crewmembers and five passengers were recovered. The wreckage was recovered from a depth of over 18,000 feet on May 21, 2019. The deepest underwater recovery of an aircraft to date.
