Very nice!
Seems likely that this was Likely photographed departing LAX with the SMOG effect coloration of the sunlight.
However, none of the below airports listed below (as of 11.22.2019) seem to have the "smog" problem.

Robert Mills, Jr: The photographer, Mr John S Jones, provided the airport location for this photo - KMCO, which is Orlando Int'l Airport, in Florida. There are locations in Florida that will see big, bright, flaming sunsets on occasion, despite not having to deal with smog.
