Now that looks like a dangerous job.
The passenger is bonding the aircraft and himself to the high voltage line. He does this so that the helicopter and himself are at the same potential. This way he can touch the conductors without getting electrocuted.
Great picture. When people complain about their electric bills, I wonder how many realize this routine maintenance of the power grid?
