Full Review: Onboard American Airlines’ First Boeing 737 MAX flight (+Photos)

Yesterday American Airlines silently introduced the Boeing 737 MAX 8 into service. The overall sentiment after being on the inaugural flight from Miami to New York-LaGuardia: the airline went from great to cheap with a low-costification of its product, a higher density cabin with less space, less entertainment. For regular American Airlines passengers, downgrading from the current 737 configuration onto the more tight, dense and screen-less 737s will surely become a factor of nuisance.
