Well, putting Scott Fancher over there should get it back on track. It is just mind boggling how they can have that many problems on something, starting from a stock airplane. I know that USAF has some special stuff in there but that doesn't really seem lie where the trouble is coming from.
The latest putting a mislabeled chemical into the system, very poor oversite and along with the other problems one wonders about who is running Boeing in general to let things like this happen in the first place. The 787 boondoggle went way beyond minor problems and there again was due to poor management put into place by Boeing. This is not what used to happen there years ago, could the move out of state caused some of it?
idk, you got a problem of some kind when somebody has to be put over an operation to straighten out the mess. I heard that Fancher, long term as he was, about left Boeing on the 787 deal.
