The association made the recommendation yesterday in prepared comments at a House aviation subcommittee hearing on UAV operations. AOPA told the subcommittee that an "increasing number of incidents" involving recreational unmanned aerial systems pose a potential threat to aviation. It won't do anything but get worse. Best Buy was on one of the local TV stations with one of the small drones with a go-pro camera highlighted, talking about how you could see what the camera saw on the controller. This will aggravate the line of sight rule.
Water boarding comes to mind. Lol
By or against the UAV operator? I don't think the UAVs could carry enough water to carry out a waterboard session.
Really!
Oops!
They would need utube instructions. Lol

This is stupid.... AOPA Has no clue what a UAV is... They think UAV's are RC Planes, and this is not even close to being correct....
