FALLON, Nev. (AP) - The Navy says a fighter jet has crashed during a training exercise in western Nevada, and the pilot's condition is not immediately known. (www.kvoa.com) Más...From one of the Reno stations:
Lt. Reagan Lauritzen of Naval Air Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, said Sunday that the pilot's condition is unknown.
It took rescue crews several hours to reach the wreckage of the F/A-18C jet on a Navy range training complex about 70 miles east of Naval Air Station Fallon. Lauritzen says the name of the pilot will be withheld for 24 hours.
No, it doesn't sound good.

Crash occurred hours ago & no word on the pilot. Not a good sign.
