Not sure about the type, but it's a stunning shot Phillip!
Web site does recoginxe a Brunner Winkle Bird as a type of airplane. So the photo is miss tagged
Wonder if Sam Kuminecz can help out.
According to the FAA this is a Perth Amboy Bird BK.
This is a Brunner Winkle Bird BK with a 100 hp Kinner K-5.
In the beginning of the depression, Brunner Winkle suffered losses like many other companies. In around 1932, it's assets were sold to Perth Amboy, a Title company. I believe that they may have sold off the remaining parts and offered some services to the existing planes already built.
I can't find any evidence of Perth Amboy producing any airframes under their name.
