That's painful to look at! Trying to work it out, but I suspect that might be a fairly early C90 airframe with many upgrades, including the swept back four bladed props and the aft fuselage strakes...judging by the flap setting, it seems most likely that the nose gear has collapsed during the landing/rollout phase.
The report says the pilot landed in the snow between the runway and taxiway because he could not clearly see the runway.
