de Havilland Dash 8-400 (N443QX)
Captured a couple weeks ago as it is arriving from SJC just as the sun is about to go down behind the Sierra Nevada, QXE's University of Alaska Anchorage "Seawolves" college livery (N443QX) has become a frequent visitor here. As this photo is being posted, it is again on the KRNO ramp.

For some unknown reason, only one of the several recent visits this one has made to Reno is shown on FA's "Activity Log." This picture was taken on August 26; yet the Activity Log does not show any late afternoon or evening flights. In fact, N443QX completed flights from Eugene to San Jose and then to Reno on August 26th, and it has been here one more time between then and today (on August 31st). And even though it is here at Reno at this moment, the Activity Log does not show it at RNO. Strange because I've never seen this type of situation occur for any other scheduled airline's visits to Reno.
Nice lighting!
Outstanding catch and capture, Gary!
The main campus of the University of Alaska is in Fairbanks. "UAA" is their campus in Anchorage.
Greg and Dwight ... TYVM, guys. (Thumbs Up)
Paul .. Thanx for the clarification.
