For a boy born in 1941 the BeeGee was a marvel during his model airplane years. Prior to TV the movie reels of Racing was an awesome addition to a Saturday matinee. That is one model you could build, but never get to fly, A rubber band just didn't make up for that huge radial.

This appears to be a two place Milkbottle. Who built this and was it more or less stable than the single place?

For some r3eason I am reminded of a Russian Polikarpov WWII? Anyone remember (or know) of this aircraft?
I believe this aircraft was built by Steve Wolf. Also builds very beautiful Pitts.
A GeeBee replica is at the Planes of Fame, Chino, CA (KCNO). DooLittle was one of the few to survive flying the GeeBee -- had a tenancy to snaproll of not landed with great care.
