According to Title 52, Section 20511 of the United States Code, anyone who “knowingly and willfully deprives, defrauds, or attempts to deprive or defraud the residents of a state of a fair and impartially conducted election process” for federal office can be punished by up to five years in prison. These Nazis need to be locked up until they can go on trial for sedition and treason.
visceral do-gooder reactions and simple minded solutions do not good reactions make. Or legal ones. What other short sighted solutions may we see if this misguided dictum comes into force? And how long (not very) will a court system based on laws, not opinions, permit such unthoughtout reflexive overreactions?
Will this include "PROTESTERS" such as ANTIFA and BLM, who destroy, pillage, burn, bomb and attack?
Really? You must be buying in to that other theory that it was antifa and BLM that stormed the Capitol and got4 people killed. Wonderful wizardry.....
Oh - and just to finish - a fact for you - I can help you on this one Alex .... John Sullivan - CNN's Cooper Anderson was made an utter fool of yesterday by him .... soft, soft interview "i was just there to take video of the insurectionis, they were horrid, ...bla bla" ..... Well, good old John's now been arrested & is facing numerous Federal charges .... riot, insurrection, damaging Federal property, thereatening to kill, and more .... turns out he was one of the main protagonists ..... and organizer .... there's film of him doing terrible damage .... he is a leading figure in ANTIFA & BLM and has hundreds of utterly horrid social media posts, some of the most vile about what he want's to do the the POTUS..... apparently, there's more just like him arrested too now..... there ...
Really ? How and who determines exactly what that is ? A true interference with aircrew would justify diverting the flight to nearest suitable airport foe an arrest by law enforcement. Did that occur at all ?
There's loudmouths and true raucous behavior by punters on Ryanair flights in Europe. And quite frequently on airline flights to Las Vegas and other resorts.
Shouldn't the unions simply lobby to ban loudmouths universally ??
To REALLY punish offenders, perhaps sentence them to mandatory daily rides in the middle seat ? Nah. the Constitution wouldn't allow cruel and unusual punishment :)
