That airport is a rough one to get into anyway wonder what the weather was?

Nevertheless, the 6PM one is showing wind coming from 300, 21 gusting to 27 knots. The makes one wonder why in the photos the aricraft is hanging off the end of runway 13. (the almost dead on reciprocal)
This is not a fatal accident. An injured passenger has died.
