Judge Dismisses MAX Pilots’ Suit Against Boeing
A federal judge has ruled that Boeing doesn’t have to pay for the career disruption suffered by pilots who were freshly typed in the 737 MAX when it was grounded in March of 2019. (www.avweb.com) Más...Sort type: [Top] [Newest]
The pilots who didn't get to fly 737 MAX 8's would have just been assigned to other flights, surely they can't state a loss of income from that. This could go on to things like service techs trained on these planes losing work too, do they sue Boeing as well?
The judge sounds good, but the risk for any of the pilots typed in was as great as the two 737's that crashed
Hmmm ð¤…. It’s barbaric
