This order and the order book will probably push the Federal government into extending the company the one billion dollars needed for cash flow as a low interest loan. This will be a triple win: the Feds collect the interest and the taxes paid by the workforce while the company has the liquidity to continue. Politically this will be good for the Quebec Liberals.
