Many Small Planes Still Run On Toxic Lead Fuel

As a pilot of said small planes, I think it is high time we address this issue. I don't like slopping leaded gasoline on my hands during the preflight, and I don't like burning lead for the health/environmental consequences. It is the 21st century, and sometimes I feel like general aviation engine technology stopped developing in the 1960's.
