IFR Class B: Jumper away

While exiting IMC with-in the Orlando, FL Class Brave at 5,000 AGL I noticed a black object move quickly downward about 1 mile off my 12 O'Clock. I followed it down and watched a cute open and realized it was a jumper. They jumped through a hard ceiling in class B, and ORL Approach knew nothing of it.
