It was only 20 cm, about the size of a ball point pen, as reported in this article as well as anothet in a duplicate squawk from earlier today.

Bothriechis Schlegelii, This is a relatively small species that rarely exceeds 75 centimeters (30 in) in length, with females being larger than males. This snake is Very Dangerous. Small is small and Dangerous is not good.

LOL, I would not care if it was 7.5 CM... not that I am scared of snakes... I do not want to see one on a plane.... Not alive anyway...

Yes and the people like my wife who freaks out when she sees those sorts of things doesn't care about the size type or color, would pull the ejection lever if possible.......

I know some that pull pull the lever weather it was there or not...

Reminds me of the song called "The Rattle Snake Song". For those not familiar with it a gospel singer goes into a church to sing, and when sitting up they noticed several boxes on the floor, but did not pay much attention. While preforming this church opened the boxes, pulled out the Rattle snakes. Through the story, one person said "Wonders where the back door was?", The other said, "I already looked and there Ain't One!", the first one then said "Wonder Where They Want One!!!"

Check it out... This is quite hilarious. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Wne0Q3ZnjU

I would hate to find any snake in the air... That is one delay I would not dispute!
