Wow, this will be a great addition to STL.
For, I expect, a rather limited amount of time. I would be surprised if there would be sufficient traffic to make it profitable.
Given the corporate backing and life-sciences connections (and particularly the Pfizer/BioNTech collaboration and Bayer commitment) I bet this will do well.
