“The plane was shaking,” Oklahoma flight attendant injured when flight hit turbulence
Anderson says she was thrown in the air, hit the ceiling of the plane and broke her leg when she hit the floor. Now, she says she's traumatized. CAT can seriously injured passengers with and without seatbelts on. It is unpredictable and catches many flights quickly. You can try to flight plan around it but it is never a sure thing. Keep the seatbelt on so you are not slammed into the sealing and then the floor. Still, it is a terrible experience because of its unpredictability.
