After reading these reviews I was worried about flying to this airport and using this FBO. I had a full King Air that day and had a limo waiting. I don't know who wrote these poor reviews but wouldn't be surprised if it was the same guy that is a competitor or something. This FBO was top knotch. I fly to many every week and this place was great. Modern. Line service was 100%. 25 dollar landing fee for Indy? Wow,what a deal. Brand new crew car. Comfy pilot lounge. there is new management in place. It is Indy Greenwood Aviation. It really has all the services. If your inclined to come by please stop in and have a cup of coffee. before you leave let the staff know what they can do to make your return even more rewarding Beechcraft 55 Baron |

Flew in last week and was parked right up front. Line crew fueled plane quickly and CSR was very nice. Even pointed us to a great BBQ place to eat while waiting for our passengers. Clean facilities too. Will definitely be back. Pilatus PC-12 |

A wonderful experience. Class act. Not one complaint. Bad reviews must have been under previous management because these guys are top notch. Friendly, and appreciative. Recommended.

The FBO and management have Changed completely, so no idea why the old feedback is here still. This place is a role model for what other FBO's should now be! No fees, a more than curtious staff, usualy the cheapest fuel in Indy, and a highly maintained FBO and airport! I fly here every week, and have had friends fly in to and they say the same thing! Going to a smaller airport for the Super Bowl and not knowing what to expect we were pleasantly surprised with KHFY's Greenwood Aviation. They were very well organized and fully staffed and attentive to our every need from coffee and ice to fuel. There were more staff than pilots. They had football food and multiple TVs. Wade was very helpful and Carol gave us a ride to and from the mall in her own car which was very nice. They had us stagger parked on the ramp so it was easy to depart when our passengers returned from the game. Nobody had to be towed that was blocking us, we just started up and taxied out. Everything was very well run and a first class operation. If dispatch gives us a chance to select an airport and FBO I shall definitely choose Greenwood Aviation KHFY. Great job! Learjet 35 |
