The one time back in the 80s that I was able to see the Concorde take off I had an old RCA VHS video recorder [thing weighed almost 10 pounds]. The noise of those engines blew something in the camera and it never worked again. My kids got better pictures with a polaroid.

If they can't make the money they want with them, they're gone. Dayton had a traffic jam on the interstate when it visited here. Everybody wanted to see it.

Watched it land in Barbados several times. Magnificent.
