I was part of the ground crew at MBS in the sixties for the Dow Chemical Companies three DC3's.
Hired by Russ Purchase. Straight out of Spartan School of Aeronautics with a fresh A & E license. Will never forget Ed Quick and Dick White who were master mechanics at the time. Also will never forget the awesome sounds of those Pratt & Whitney R1830's. I must mention Bill Holme Shaw a great captain of one of those DC3's
They're all gone now to that beautiful hangar in the sky.
