FAA records say this is a 1948 Luscomb 8E.
Luscombe bought Temco in 1949, so technically this is a Temco.
Luscombe. Temco also made the Swift. It's a great picture whatever you want to call the subject.
Appears to have more power up front. Nose bowl is the give away - not stock.

The man who taught my dad to fly had a luscombe I believe with a rear window dome on the roof. He was a WWII pilot of a B 17. I just thought it very cool to ride in
