The ADS-B had to be installed per an STC and the STC tells you exactly where you have to mount the equipment (Weight and balance of course) and how and where to hook up the equipment.... Looks like Rudolph's nose was the required location... Looks like in the name of safety that Rudolph took in stride... Wonder what Santa is going to do with his Rebate Money :) ... Maybe he will use it to console ole Rudolph...

The STC had the equipment mounted on Rudolph's back. It was skyBeacon who released the version for Rudolph's nose!

looks like santa made his worldwide appointed rounds without incident again this year!the joy and the tradition continues..MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL....
By mounting the ADS-b in Rudolph's nose won't that require him to be on every flight now? What if the sleigh need to relocate and Rudolf isn't available? Same person that made that decision must also be in charge of the RVSM rules..
