Lets see, hmm blame someone else because the pilots didn't have proper training or supervision. The check pilot should have caught the problem well before it went beyond the ability to recover. Why do you think that they are trying to blame the maker? It will save them face and money in the law suits to follow. This is how stupid the whole thing is some of them are suing the airport for the crash. If the pilots had done there job instead of sitting there watching the airplane crash would have done wonders for things.

Bottom line: the pilots flew the aircraft into terrain. No aircraft can currently prevent the deliberate mistakes enacted in this event that were decisions made by the pilots - even with warnings about glideslope deviation and low approach speed. The standards for pilots and the requisite training/retraining hours outside of the US and Eurounion fall short and the Asiana flight is another fatal example.

After reading the reports, I see how everyone has a part in the blame game. Training by Boeing, Asiana's procedures, the controllers at SFO "pushing" the envelope, BUT the outcome could have been prevented by the crew!!!

The MOST appropriate squawk filed !
Many times better and more useful than the following two and the FA's computer system could't detect duplication. With no malice to those who submitted.

"Asiana finds 777's systems partly to blame for crash."

And the second one

"Asiana cites crew failures and auto throttle design in flight 214 crash"

Well done joel wiley for being so original and so comprehensive.

Like teaching a hungry man how to fish, instead of giving away a fish.
