TUI AG, Europe’s largest tour operator, agreed to sell its Corsair SA airline unit to Groupe Dubreuil, which will run the French carrier alongside the Air Caraibes brand with an expanded fleet of Airbus Group NV A350 jetliners.

The deal will create a business linking Paris Orly airport to much of the Francophone world, with Air Caraibes focused on the Caribbean and Corsair serving the Indian Ocean islands of Reunion, Madagascar and Mauritius, plus Senegal and Ivory Coast in Africa and Montreal in Canada, as well as the West Indies.
