I taxied past the line guy trying to wave me in to Above View to park in the transient parking near Rococo's Steak House (which we found has been closed). I walked back down to Above View, put in a fuel order and asked about a courtesy car. Both cars were out but after a short wait the car was back and we could take it for lunch. When I returned, the plane had been fueled and was ready to go. A nice FBO which I would recommend to a friend.
